To All Players,

On behalf of Tampines Central CC, CSC, AIHS and SkateSports, we welcome you to register your team and bring along your friends to the 7th annual Sin Boon Ann Cup which will be played at the Tampines Millennium Court” on 22-23rd July 2006.

The 1st Sin Boon Ann Cup was played at the open cement ground at East Coast Park (near Gelare) in 1997!! Since then Mr Sin has continued to support the development of inline hockey as Guest of Honor at several tournaments and as the Advisor to Tampines Central CC was instrumental in the development and construction of the has been of the “Millennium Court” and advisor of the National Inline Hockey League.

The Sin Boon Ann Cup is the one annual event that ALL players and supporters should come together to play and show support for the sport. I look forward to receiving your registrations and commitment to make this event a huge success for our Guest of Honor Mr Sin, all players, spectators and supporters.

Each team will nominate one referee qas per the schedule

RULES
Summary of Rules of (other standard rules apply)
for Games will be played round-robin style.

1. Min no. of games – 5
2. 12 ½ min running time with 2 mins break in-between each period.
3. 2 periods in each game.
4. All decisions made by the Referee of the game will be final
5. A Win – 3 pts, A Draw – 1 pt, A Loss – 0 pts
6. 1st and 2nd placing for top two teams.
