Hanson
(Event Director)
Over 40 Skaters Nationally turned on the heat for the
National Qualifiers for the INternational event. After
a solid day of slides, freestyle slalom and speed slalom
the top in each division qualified for a place in the
International Freestyle Championships. Renowned
skaters like Sebastian Larffargue, Kim Sun Jin and Igor
competed against China's top 3, Singapores best and a
team from India & Taiwan also. Saturday afternoon
the crowed was hundreds thick preying to see the action
which included a synchronized freestyle demonstration
from Team Micro China, peoples jaws dropped in amazment!
(Seriously). Finals day was a real crowd pleaser. As Media
zoomed in, interviewed Igor (Europe's No1), Sebastian
(World Record Holder), Kim Sun Jin (Asia's No1) and Team
Micro China with China's top 3 freestyle skaters and Singaopore's
best - the action was exciting, entertaining and amazing!
